Budget bacon $3.99kg I put this through a meat grinder and add to my crepinette sausage mix.(1/4 this 3/4 pork mince.)

B.B.Q Pork chops $ 6.99kg or 2kg $12($6/kg)

I soak overnight in red goon & fresh coriander leaves plus set coriander seeds then BBQ.
