    Its Chinese made using japanese steel.
    Furi usually uses softer steel which means you will need to sharpen more often as it will struggle to hold a edge for long.

    Price wise they arent bad.

    These are sharpened at a 20degree each side where as most japanese knives are at 15degrees which makes them almost razor sharp.

    When it comes to knifes it does matter where they were made and what company made them. As knife craftsmanship varies country to country. There is pros and cons to a good german steel knife vs a good japanese knife made in a simiar fashion to samurai swords.
