The 3 punched above its weight in its day and was a bargain, a good alternative for a budget. The 4 is less effective at that, but would be better than the 3 now you would have to think. Im not sure this has Telstra 4G as in (28)700, GSM arena doesnt list it but that might be an early variant.
What I read on them was the 4 is trying to be a flagship for emerging markets that tend to have less money for phones such as India and fails as its all compromise, but nice spec numbers. The 3 was a good alternative as a middle phone for a budget, and did it well, better than the price suggested. If that makes sense.

I bought one about a month ago and been very happy with it.
Its only neg so far is finding a case that doesn't make the volume buttons hard to access.

Excellent phone.
Some possible issues:
1. You can't use AR in Pokemon Go. Then again it's just a novelty feature good for the first 5 mins.
2. Facebook app lately unable to connect online. You can still FB on the browser.Besides that, it's an excellent mid-range phone.
I've had this phone for about a month and never had a problem with the Facebook app.
Pretty sure my wife has this phone and we found out just yesterday that the wifi is only 2.4 Ghz… as our router had turned off for some reason and i was connected to 5Ghz but her phone and no network.
Only downside I can think of.
