Looks like it's in US$ too, so factor in postage, exchange rates which aren't as good as they were and then a credit card exchange fee…anyone know approx how much it costs to rent a board in NZ?
To rent a board for multiple days (excluding boots) is about $34 per day. A 'performance' board is about $60
Keep in mind these are really high end boards(well worth the money), this doesn't match the weekend deal which was %70 off all sierra boards (cept for bluebird and the crew ltd). almost bit the bullet, but misread that the deal ended on tuesday (est) instead of tuesday morning :P
Funny thing with Sierra is that once you've experienced %70 everything else is too expensive.
Well will have to wait for the sierra boards to hit the staff pick again…
$199 for a burton custom without the badge, without the channel is a bargain (you guys should look up the cost of a burton custom locally first)
people should go to ozbargain forums if interested in purchasing, and see if anyone else from same city willing to combine purchase so as to qualify for free shipping.
