Personally, I've been eyeing off the 70D for a while and the kit is at the lowest I've seen for a while. Noticed all the other Canon cameras are also on sale with some decent discounts off their ticketed price. Coming below some grey import prices imo.

  Have been thinking about getting a dslr or mirror less camera for a while now but Canon seems to be lagging behind. Can't even record 4k in their lower end models.

    I was chasing a second FF camera for an event I'm shooting in October and was really hoping for a MkII by now… Gave up as it looks like it will be mid next year so reluctantly picked up a 6D last weekend for considerably more than this price. Safe to say I was pretty pissed when this alert came through this morning! But turns out my credit card has a "Best Price Guarantee" for 21 days so just go off the phone and should expect the refund soon :) Happy again.
