Posting things like this on this site just makes a company look sus.
The website says conditions apply but they are not listed on the site. You have to ring up to find out more.
If you put your mouse over the offer it says you have to confirm a booking to receive it. What does that actually mean? Does a booking involve a plumber actually doing work which you have to pay for?
I suspect it's the old "We charge for quotes but if we do the work, you don't have to pay for the quote" trick.
They should blacklist companies that have ridiculus fees like quotes.

Can't comment on the value as I don't live in Sydney and don't know how the plumbers charge over there.
