Is it normal to take this long ? I bought my first woolies e gift card ($500) 2 days ago & nothing yet .Order status says payment pending .I was planning on using it today to buy Myer gift cards.
No it shouldnt take that long.
When you check the order status, are you checking it on the woolworths page or cashrewards page (dont check on the cashrewards page).
I assume you had the cards emailed to you - check your spam folder. Else try to contact them. I usually get it in about 4 hours.
DId you receive email confirmation and tax invoice (separate emails) ?
Thanks for the reply & help .I only received 1 order confirmation email.I was checking the order status on everyday gift cards .com.au which is woolworths website.My account is now showing 0 undelivered,0 in progress 0 unpaid & 0 egift cards purchased.So i guess it failed.I will have to give them a ring .Will probably just go to the RACV & purchase physical gift cards .
I emailed them & received email back saying they will contact me in another 48 hrs.
