      I ordered a 20000mAh Xiaomi from Everbuying over a week ago. They hadn't sent it so I contacted them and they advised they cannot send any batteries to Australia currently. This includes the 5/10000mAh power banks, I checked. They offered to exchange or get store credit. I said I want the money back on the card they took it from and they did it fairly quickly.

      QC2.0 or QC3.0 means 18W output, which generally means two Li Poly cells, to give enough power. I suppose a 10000 mAh battery bank could be made, but most of them are 20000 mAh.
