      FYI for all when emailing them about when the phone maybe get shipped this is the response I got:

      Hello,

      We are expecting the stock to arrive to us on the 19th from our Supplier.
      Once we receive the stock, we will ship it out on the same day.

        I'm picking up from the actual store, not "Click and Collect". Other that's pretty much the same as delivering to your home address which would take an extra few days.

        I haven't received the message yet but today's the ETA, right? Haha.

    Received a call as well (from an unknown number) from mobileciti to confirm my shipping address. Will be posted out this afternoon… well worth the wait for the extra savings! :)

        From my understanding the phone still has to be sent from them to your local Big W.

          Yea they still need to sent phone to your local Big W store. Click n Collect only works well if you buy directly from a retailer that offers such service - its only then you get to almost instantly pickup the item when it becomes available. Patience!

    If picking up from Big W or Woolies, allow for a few days.

    The parcel will go to Woolies internal mail, which gets sorted to stores twice a week.

    got an email from them, gonna send out on Monday but the SD card is on backorder for another month.

    They said they can give $120 credit if I dont want the card….didnt know it was sooo cheap

    Just had mine delivered.. Very happy, but the SD card wrapped in the polythene, so unless Mobileciti did that part themselves, then it seems odd that they made it seem like they were including the SD card at their own cost?

      It is not a good result if Mobileciti are looking for the SD card back to get a refund/replacement. That post only refers to a refund so keen to hear what is their position on a replacement device??

    Hey Ozbargainers a message from Samsung FB if you are having a hard time returning the phone to your retailer:

    Hi, if you choose you may receive a full refund. Purchase invoice is required for refund processing. You also have the option of waiting for a replacemnt Note 7, which will be a new device, or exchanging the Note 7 for another model. - Matt

    Note I got this answer after asking for a straight answer -> asking if Samsung will refund us on other retailer australian stock Note 7s not from a Samsung store.
