I've ordered a few different 3D metal puzzles. they are sort of funny (sometimes frustrating and patience straining) but rewarding when completed.

This price is only for the Eiffel Tower.

    These are easy to make if you follow the instructions and have some dexterity with only a small pair of pliers.

    My estimation is that 99.99% of sellers on Alieexpress are in China.

    Are they reliable ?

    For $1, does kt really matter?

    Nevertheless, Aliexpress has feedback and buyer protection. So read feedback, and take a chance!

      I guess i'm asking if the seller "3D Toys World" are selling Fascination metal earths or their own replicas.

      Are these official Fascination Metal Earth products? What do you think when they start at under $1!

      Would this be a guess, or have you actually purchased these from this seller?

      If they are replicas, i'll be concerned about the level of details of the models. The Fascinations ones are extremely detailed.

        Hmm ok, looking at some of the images posted by buyers, definitely not fascinations brand.

        It's their own brand of metal sheets.

  Don't forget to add the coupons for $2 off if you spend more than $9 and $1 off if you spend more than $7. This is on top of the automatic $1 off if over $8. managed to get 5 items plus the tweezers for $7.25. Didn't even buy the eiffel tower as one of the 5.

  So my models arrived today! About a month after purchase which is good.

  Initial feedback:

  The Models are the same as the Fascination Metal Earths. They probably used the same design.

  However, the quality of the metal sheet isn't the same.
  Fascinations metal sheets are tough and sturdy, and have a nice shiny reflection.

  The chinese metal sheets are still somewhat reflective, but blurry.
  And the metal sheets are very thin and fragile. I dropped 2 sheets onto some cables from 1m high, and they crumbled.. literally from flat sheet to a bowl shape. So the sheets are very very thin.

  I havent crafted one yet. But from above, i will need to be careful not to break the parts as i bend them… i have a bad feeling things will just tear apart when i craft them. :( we shall see…
