  • Does that include all the airport taxes ?

As far as I am aware of, yes it does.

Don't forget that Royal Brunei stop in both Bandar Seri Begawan and Dubai on their London flights.

    • +11

As long as the pilot doesn't forget, that should be fine…

  • it's a BYO airline.

      Cool… I might bring my 747-400

        "I'm flying jv"

No bargains will be had on that plane

    • With the LAGs regulations that can't be a heap :/

      • I imagine you can just pick up a bottle of (duty-free) something once you pass airside security, no?

        • +1

I can't remember properly but don't they seal it? Also if you change aircraft that may cause havok depending where security is - at Dubai it's at the gates IIRC so you can't take it through.

  • wow i wish i could plan for next year but normally book in advance as these sale dates are unpredictable :(

  • For a longer trip, it looks like you can return in 2017 for the same price.

Just a few things of note:

    • The $895 fare is with STA Travel using a debit card. A credit card will set you back $20 or so.
    • Booking directly with the airline is $992.
    • The layover is 2.5 hours which is very good compared to the Vietnam Airlines deal ($951) which has a 8 hour layover.
    • The fare was +$1 more expensive when it was posted in May for July & August Flights so hopefully this trend will continue into next year.

Another thing to note is that Flight Centre will beat by $1 and may let you pay with CC

Once again if you're in need of the extra 5 dollars or so, STA have cashrewards.

      • So how do you provide evidence to flight centre?

        • They check the prices right there on their computers.

  • I am having troubles getting a price for 1 adult, 1 child and an infant. Is this combindation not allowed?

**Edit - user error on my part

I just booked with flight centre, price match, beat by $1. BUT they have introduced a new fee now. $49 if you want to price match. That entitles you of a 'cash back ' if airfare drops within 30 days. Mine did. So I went back. I got $160 back BUT as a gift card only :(

    • $49 for a price match what a total BS!

    • Really? Just price beat my tickets at flight centre last Friday and the agent didn't even mention the 49 dollar fee.

      • Yes, indeed. So, did you pay the fee or not? Because if you didn't I go back

        • I did not, my friend. Hope you get your money back!

    • Lol what a bunch of clowns, they can take that $49 fee…

  • Hey rep, when will this deal run till?

  • Any similar deals from Sydney to London ?

    • Royal Brunei does not fly from/to Sydney, check Vietnam Airlines

  • Does this apply for one way flights to London?
