  • Any deals for 20,000?

    • Not a huge discount, but US$27.99 with coupon code 67f8b0, also on banggood

    • I just got one.
build quality is nowhere near the 10,000's

      • turns out what I got was a fake

waiting for a good deal with quick charge

    • On the same boat. Surprised it's been so long since any power bank deals really.

  • Can anyone confirm they sell genuine Xiaomi power banks?

    • +7

Yeah I have purchase multiple Xiaomi power banks from Banggood and they were all original, verified using the security sticker code on the back. Also they are performing as expected.

    • Yes, I bought the Xiaomi 10,400 and 10,000 power banks from Banggood and they are both genuine. They are Low Self Discharging and hold their charge after multiple cycles. Good seller.

    • Yep, have taken one of the 10000mAh banks apart for the cells for other purposes and definitely genuine. On top of the sticker verification.

Might be handy to get one of these for our big US trip later in the year. Handy to have some extra juice to charge phones/tablets to entertain the kids on long flights.

    • Very handy, might be worth checking out the 20000mAh version. Dual USB ports are quite useful if you're using it for multiple devices.

    • Take to theme parks in the USA. Often the reception is so poor in the parks that your battery does because you're phone is trying to get a signal. Take the battery to charge your phone in line etc. You won't regret it!

  • Will start watching xiaomi power bank deals, my romoss 6000 mah runs out of juice before full charging my galaxy note 3.

AU$16.32 using code: POWERGO . Code apparently takes US$5 off any Xiaomi, Blitzwolf or ZMI powerbank on Banggood.

    • Does it stack or is this instead of the above code?

      • Just tried it and I do not believe it stacks.

        • Same here. Still ended up getting it for $17.68 AUD

        • @Yuun Yii: Did you unclick "shipping/tracking" you just want normal shipping.

        • @deal junkie: Whoops. A bit too late for that now haha.

        • @deal junkie: I also got one for $17.68. Gold and pink are slightly more expensive; only silver is $16.32, it seems.

        • @Ashurei: No problems, I will amend the title for Silver.

        • @Ashurei: Ah okay that explains it. I got red.

    • POWERGO coupon for this blitzwolf power bank does not work :(

      http://www.banggood.com/Qualcomm-Certified-BlitzWolf-BW-P3-1…

If the coupon was working earlier then they probably changed it to work only on xiaomi power banks

    • Doesn't work on: Xiaomi ZMI 5000mAh 8.65mm QC2.0 Quick Charge Power Bank for iPhone Xiaomi Samsung

  • I think Blitzwolf 10000mah has better feature? it has QC function.

    • Also more expensive, there are better 10000mAh power banks out there with type-c and QC3.0 if the small size is needed. The Aukey, RAVpower, and tronsmart power banks are much better but mostly more expensive than the Xiaomi's

  • Thanks been waiting for the 5000mah to go on sale

  • XIAOMI 5000mAh US $15 (~AU $13.60), 10000mAh Power Bank US $17 (~AU $16.32) Delivered @ Banggood

Is the AUD better than the USD currently? I think may be an error in title?

    • The USD is the listed price before you apply the coupon. The AUD is with the coupon…. And I think JSquared might have just amended for it. Thanks JSquared!

  • POWERGO coupon for this blitzwolf power bank does not work :(

Can't use the powergo code twice :-(

    • +2

Maybe try opening a new account?

      • Good point, deal junkie you are a unique snowflake.

  • Did they increase the pricing? For some odd reason even with the POWERGO code, it comes up AUD$17.68 and free shipping no insurance no tracking added. How queer

    • Silver colour for $16.32. Others for $17.68. I just ordered 1 x silver.

  • Likely the colour, red one appears to be US$1 extra.

  • Which model is the best out of the Xiaomi range (5000, 10000, 20000mAh) in terms of quality, size, performance, etc.

    • Depends what you are looking for. They are all the same standard of quality, each one just charges more.

I use 5000 for taking out regularly as its nice and light, the 10000 and 16000 can get very heavy and I use them more for holidays or long outings when I expect to need to charge my tablet etc. 20,000 also has 2 usb ports for dual charging.

If you're planning to buy a 2nd power bank, buy the biggest you have available. If you're buying your first power bank, having two 10000mAh is better than one 20000mAh because you can charge one while having one to use, then swap. When power banks are cheap as $15 per 10000mAh, I would buy two 20000-30000mAh if I was buying my first power bank again.

  • Is this a quick charge 2.0 version? I need one for my s6 edge so i xan charge it quickly.

    • +1

Nope, just the regular one, although you can use the discount code for the quick charge one, but the price will still be about $35.

    • +2

You should check because the Xiaomi's are QC2.0 input because you want the power bank to charge quickly. Since you want to charge your phone quickly, you want the Xiaomi Mi Pro power banks, type-c, or another brand like Aukey, RAVpower, or tronsmart.

  • Never purchased from banggood what the postage time frame like to Melbourne? just concerned as im due for a flight end of month

    • you'll be lucky to receive it by that time like any other overseas store which might take minimum 3 weeks for the item to arrive but you still have 4 weeks left so probably it will arrive =) Good luck!

    • +1

its all luck of the draw.. delivery times to Sydney have been between 2 weeks (spent ~7 days in customs) to 2.5 months.

      • I havent received my powerbank from gearbest(2.5 months) and Banggood(1.5 months) yet.
        Had to ask for refund.

  • Thanks for sharing

  • Thanks for the deal!

  • Expired? I'm getting "This coupon can only be used 500 times" error message. I'm on the Banggood iPhone app.

  • Hi I'm getting: "Coupon is invalid for product with "PROMO" tag" when trying to apply coupon, is this still valid? Thanks!

    • Same, was kicking myself for missing out last time, so pretty bummed if missing out again.

      • Yeah me too, unfortunately I think we've missed it again! :(
