    • You obviously don't play Pokemon GO.

      • +1

        I do not sir.

How many hours can you Play Pokemon Go with this PowerBank

        • +10

Zero hours. Pokemon Go only works on phones and tablets.
          :)

    • How many of those 100 have received their power bank? Another week and still no delivery. What's the problem going on with the seller you recommended?

      • there was over 1400 orders (mostly from Australia) from this deal !

        • But how many have yet to be delivered?

        • @lovepeoplenotmoney: I have not received mine. I contacted the seller who advised me to wait longer.

        • @luztra: Were you told by Yao there was some fire incident in the shipping and they figuring out how to ship them out? I don't know what's so difficult about using a different courier! These guys are stupid!

        • @lovepeoplenotmoney: Ok, thanks for the information.

  • +1

Someone posted a deal on this http://www.aliexpress.com/item/AUKEY-54W-5-Port-USB-Desktop-… and it got merged with this thread.

    Question regarding the above:
How does this unit compare to the other brands (TronSmart)?

  • +1

I use the 16000mah QC2.0 Aukey powerbank with my Note 4 and love it. It been brought to 3 countries and for hikes every now and then and have used it to charge dslr batteries, phones, my surface 3, pebble time steel all with no issues. My only qualm with it is lack of QC2.0 input but hopefully their next version or xiaomi's next version includes that.

    • I agree. Takes about 8 hours to fully charge their 16000 mah powerbank?

I also had issues using it to charge low powered devices (i.e. small bluetooth earphones, fitbits, etc).

That said, it works great for phones, tablets.

  • +1

Over half a kilo? Thats heavy.

  • 2 x In port

    Is this for quick in-charge?

    • hopefully, but no documentation that it is possible

  • -1

    bought 1 for my ex

    • +4

you still buy things for your ex?

      • -1

        ya win win~

        • -1

so you get a happy ending with this gift ?

        • -1

          hehehehe :p

  • Can the quick charge port use for oppo's vooc? Or vooc is just oppo proprietary?

    • +1

no that's oppo's own thing, you need oppos chip for high levels of current. where as QC is high voltage. look out for the Qualcomm QC logo on your device/box to see if it supports QC.

  • Looking at making the purchase but also wanting a 5 port wall charger. Is http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Aukey-54W-5-Ports-US… worth it with the discount? otherwise I'll just add a USB cable as per SB's suggestion

    • Go the 60W dual QC3.0 6-port adapter (PA-T11), or the dual type-c (PA-Y6)

  • Dammnn I just bought a Romoss one smh. This looks better!

  • +2

Can someone recommend a 10000 with QC?

    • +3

Xiaomi Pro 10000mAh. Has a Type-C port and a Type-A port, where the Type-C port is input and Type-A is out. Both ports have QC 2.0.

    • The Xiaomi uses one Li-Po cell. This uses three.

      • Hurrah…!

      • I assume the more cells the better but if the Xiaomi is smaller then that makes sense.

  • AliExpress has no PayPal?

  • -1

My sony one is 11000mah and it last maybe 2-3 hours. I'm guessing this might last about 6hours while playing pokemon

  • Does it include a charger?

  • +2

Got it for usd31.54 - aud41.42 on 28degcard via app discount usd33.54 and seller $2 discount voucher for order over $25 that can be claimed on the aukey official seller store link. Launched the app via cashreward as well, not sure it will be tracked or not.

    • +1

Got the tracking on cash rewards when purchasing via the app.

  • Can't find any of the vouchers posted in the OP. Must have run out.

    • Run out . They only had like 300 or so

    • Looks like Another 800 $2 coupons just been added for order over $29

  • Unfortunate, couldn't get onto grabbing one til now and looks like the voucher has run out. Guess I won't be buying it then, thanks for the deal anyways @easternculture

    • Go here, scroll down a bit and you should see an option to redeem/save a $2 USD coupon.

  • Found it on Amazon Germany

  • Any chance of getting a laptop 19v external battery pack?
    any recommendations ?

  • I got it for 40.84 AUD shipped.
Must be the slight change in exchange rate.

    • How did you get so much cheaper?

      • I added the 0.95cent item that gives you further 2dollars discount from the comments, which made it like 33.10 USD or something.

        • +1

          Current mastercard rate is 1.319261.

          1.319261*33.10 = 43.6675391

Not that it really matters, but how DID you get it for 40.84? Did you not use mastercard rates?

        • @ad62623:
It seems like westpac stuffed up because I now see an separate extra charge on my debit card named "Foreign Transaction Feee" for $1.23.
Usually it's combined which I've noticed on other purchases.

          So 40.84 + 1.23 = $42.07.
          Close.

        • +1

@jerjergege: Mate, get yourself a card that doesn't charge currency conversion fees…

  • now all I need is a car battery alligator clip attachment and im set, bought one btw.. thanks

  • Did they raise the price? It's showing US$39.64 for me.

    • +3

Yea expired . But have been in contact with the rep today to try and get a better price . Stay tuned

      • Cheers mate. Appreciate your efforts.

      • Thanks. Have been waiting to get one.

      • When will the next promo be?

  • Will this have enough juice to charge a Lenovo Ideapad 100S? The adaptor reads 5V 4A. Tempted to give it a go. Any new deals for this one?

  • Can anyone track it yet?

    • +1

Nope, made 2 separate orders. Both have tracking numbers, 1 is pre advised the other still doesn't give me any status so not really sure what's going on

      • Looks like it will take another month for delivery

        • Both of mine say The item is on transport to the country of destination, but let's be honest, it's most likely sitting in some facility in China still waiting to get on a plane, I'd say another 2-3 weeks

        • @coco1458: I get that the item is at Postnl sorting center.

    • Both my orders (bought 18 Jul 2016) were not trackable on PostNL but the seller (Lida Lu) alleged they shipped the order (19 Jul 2016). After 2 weeks, the untrackable tracking numbers were complained to the seller, who replied that the items were returned. Goods could not be delivered and returned within 2 weeks, so the seller is likely to be lying.

If our items are at the PostNL sorting centre, how can sorting take so long? Possibilities are more likely waiting for a government shipping subsidy to save costs and use tax dollars.

      • +1

Sorting for me took 1 day, then advanced to "Item is on transport to the country of destination" where it sat for 1 week.
Mine just said "arrived at country of destination" assuming that I'll probably get it delivered early next week I hope

        • Someone called Yao just replied on behalf of Lu Lida and said there was a fire during transportation, and they are figuring out another way to ship them out. Yao asks for us to wait a few more days

  • +1

    Received the item. from melbourne.

    • is it true to mah capacity

      • +1

I'd say so, took me like 22 hours to charge to full first time so I'd say it's pretty close

        • considering what others offered, $45 for 30000mah (or almost) with qc3.0 is pretty good value.

Yeah, i assume to be 15-20 hours of charging, as of 10 hours i looked it was still charging but i left home for another 12 hours so i assume is around 20+ hours of first charge.

        • @mooreshady: What's your best way of maintaining the battery? Drain all the way before charging all the way up or drain partially and recharge?

        • @coco1458:

          Ozbargainers, any suggestions?

For what i research, AUKEY is having a Lithium Polymer, almost similar to the batteries Apple or Samsung is using, so i guess 0% to 100% is once a month thing, but other times if it starts to turn red on this AUKEY, i reckon to start charging it to white.

        • +3

@mooreshady: Don't 0 to 100 at all. They last longer if you top them up, rather than use a full discharge/recharge cycle.

    • When did you purchase? Lu Lida from Aukey Aliexpress said my 16 Jul 2016 purchased items were returned when I asked why weren't the tracking numbers working after 2 weeks…

  • Anyone that ordered in Brisbane receive their order yet? Mine has been stuck at "On transport to destination country" via PostNL for the last week

    • Not in Brisbane but country Vic and received mine today.
great looking unit, nicer and heavy with plenty of in and out ports.

      • Was it AUSPOST that delivered? Or a different company?

        • I didn't see who brought it in to be honest, but I don't think it was Austpost as that guy was in earlier in the day at about 10am. This was delivered at around 12pm.

I had it delivered at work.

        • +1

          Mine came through AusPost

        • @coco1458: Did your tracking status ever change once it got to Australia?

        • +1

@clintyip: Nope, stayed as "item arrived in destination country" and yeah just waited a few days until Auspost delivered it

        • @coco1458: ah geez, mine is still stuck on "On transport to destination country". Guess I won't be getting this anytime soon. Thanks!

        • @coco1458: and @bbourizk, thanks for managing our expectations

    • Anyone else communicating with Lu Lida or Yao from Aliexpress Official Aukey Store? Every time I ask for a screenshot of the logistics update, they told me not to worry as if telling people what to do addresses information requested from them. The constant avoidance to provide owed information is blatantly ignoring customer requests. In one order Yao told me there was a fire incident in shipping and they're looking for another way. What is wrong with the seller??

Just hurry up and use a different shipping method already! Express shipping is now good reason since it's been one month. OP is there anyone chasing this deal up for us? Seems like for those of us having a negative experience with this seller ensure negative feedback is given as a warning to others

  • Received item, in Sydney

    • When was your purchase date? How is the power bank?

      • +1

Ordered online on the 16/07/2016. The build feels pretty good quality wise, it is quite heavy. Haven't used it yet as I've been charging it for the last day. Gonna be using this baby to play pokemon cause my existing power bank isn't sufficient.

  • Apparently Aukey has decided they won't ship any power banks to Australia now :\

    • Where you getting this information from?

      • +2

It says under the shipping section "This Supplier/Spipping Company does not deliver to you selected Country/Region."
Such a shame, Aukey power banks have been super solid for me

        • Damn what's going to happen to all the paid orders that have yet to come?

        • +1

@lovepeoplenotmoney: I'm guessing that they'll just process the rest but not have anymore Australian orders… but that's just my guess

  • Mine arrived today, ordered on date deal was posted

  • +1

For those that have got there's, I've just tried charging the battery using both micro USB and lightning simultaneously and it charges faster.
Went from around 22 hours on the single lightning cable to 12-14 hours on the dual cable setup
Kind've defeats the purpose of using 2 cables but I haven't got a QC3.0 wall charger yet

    • Thanks for the update. Now it's more tempting to get a few of these

    • I told ya, I told ya hahaha (9th branch down)!! I bought the QC3.0 type-c 5-port adapter to take advantage of dual port charging.

The worst problem is the stupid seller, a friend in BNE has his order and we order the same date, but I haven't even got mine yet! The staff are hopeless, Aukey need to consider better people

  • +1

Jesus, the delivery time on these are insane. I still haven't received mine and my tracking status has been stuck at "Arrived at country of destination" for a week now

  • +1

So I rang Auspost today to track down my item, I gave them the tracking number provided on Aliexpress/PostNL, and according to Auspost, the item hasn't even arrived in Australia! According to the lady on the phone, this is a known issue with items being sent from the netherlands (which I'm assuming why PostNL is used), where they feed false information via the tracking site.

Those who haven't received theirs yet, I'd advise you to ring Auspost with your tracking number to see what they say, and post back here if possible.

    • +1

Yes, I also have this issue. I spoke with Australia Post two days ago and the CSO informed me that in all likelihood my item was probably never sent. I contacted the seller on AliExpress and advised them of what Australia Post told me and I am still waiting for a response/resolution.
