  Delivered and setup today. Great chair for the price, the smell is … unfortunate. I have never owned a fabric chair before, so I'm not sure whether it's normal or not. Hoping it doesn't stay too long.

  Hi guys, just received this chair and assembled it.

  Might be a dumb question but is the seat angle and backrest angle constantly dynamic? Is there are way to lock these, especially with the seat angle.

  I find the seat angle too tilted forward and want to adjust it back permanently and lock.

  The seat angle adjuster does lock it if you push down but it requires you to be constantly pushing down. I'm thinking there must be a way but just can't find it. Thanks

    Worked it out.

    Great chair and Staples was really helpful in assisting me out.

    Highly recommend Staples and this chair.

  Same thing here. Even though I had left instructions to leave at the door AND I was at home all day, the lazy driver had taken it back to the warehouse!! To their credit the lady I spoke with at Staples was very good and did say that this is just unacceptable especially when I mentioned that a few others have experienced the same issue and said she'll escalate etc. To be honest, in recent times I've dealt with several high profile logistics companies and they're all just as bad as each other. Behind the fancy websites there's always some dodgy driver who can't do their job.
  PS: My Auspost parcel post guy is awesome! shock horror!! I'm sure he'll be replaced soon.
