    I wonder if this is the new or old rating?

      This is the current rating, and as it is after April 1, it is assumed it is the new one.

    Called up Harvey norman, good guys and retravision. They cant come close to this price. Also the guy who answered all the questions online was also very helpful.

    a little comment on the product… whirlpool's freezer compartment spacing design = fail, otherwise the price is good~

      However, freezer compartment up top = win. So that should negate the compartmental problems… Anyway, I have no idea if this is good. I've got an FP.

    Please include KW consumption along with star rating in the technical specs tab. The former is much more useful for making a purchase decision, the later is irrelevant (at least for me). thanks jmg146

    Is the capacity 410L?
    Technical Specs says "Volume: 245L"(Fridge Capacity: 177L,Freezer Capacity: 63L)

        Can I get a verification if the other specs correct too? The spot for my fridge is fairly tight, and checking another site says 1600x70x70 for this model, not 1590x56x67. Those few cm make all the difference!

    I got this fridge delivered a few weeks ago, but in the Satina finish for $800 delivered :)
    great fridge but it makes this annoying sound, then switches off and goes quiet for a bit, I rang Whirlpool and they said this is normal for the first 1-2 months ?? my old Westinghouse didn't make any noise.

      If ordered by 2pm, it can be delivered tomorrow to 2210. This delivery is Metro and thus included in the free delivery service.
      If tomorrow is not convenient, then any time next week is possible.

    Are these the models from mid-March 2010 with a serial number beginning with or greater than INE1011…?

    According to the Choice magazine review the previous version had a problem with the temperature control baffle.

      We've just confirmed with the supplier that these are not from that older troublesome batch. The baffles on these ones have no issues at all.

      Unfortunately no delivery is possible on the weekend.
      We can instruct the driver to call 30-60mins prior to arrival so that you or a friend/relative can meet him at delivery address if that would help.
