These have a higher write speed than the Sandisk extreme, but the newer Sandisk Extreme (ones rated U3) are sufficient for 4k. The Samsung Pro + card is overkill for 4k video.
From what I understand (someone please correct if wrong) this card is faster than Extreme, but slower than Extreme Pro. I think it's faster than Extreme Plus also.
This is indeed faster than extreme (and extreme plus), and equal to the UHS-1 extreme pro.

I bought the extreme pro for a nikon camera, and these tests show the extreme pro is faster then the samsung.
