  Good luck getting them fixed if they break. It took me a month, and a complaint about a complaint about a complaint to get a tech onsite to even look at a HP printer that started acting up.

      Which is all well and good if you have the knowledge to do so, but I haven't the foggiest clue how to diagnose whatever sensor problem it had (it kept claiming it had a jam from the bypass tray when in reality no such jam existed).

      In the end they replaced it because they themselves couldn't figure out how to fix it.

      Fact is, it should not have taken a month and that much blasting for them to get a tech onsite. A week, tops, unless there were extenuating circumstances (of which there were none).

      (edit: incidentally, my comment was not addressed to you personally - I apologise if that was how you saw it, but my experience has shown that HP support is awful at best and downright incompetent and dangerous at worst).

    delivery usually makes those more expensive. i've been looking to buy one (this and prev m476) for a month or so and this is the cheapest i've seen delivered. bought from Futu on tues, delivered thurs!
