    These are handy, thanks!

    Apparently pretty decent speeds too:
    R: 108.83 MB/Sec W: 42.12 MB/Sec

Did you measure it yourself or do you have a reference?

      Out of stock!

      • Found through Google on a website that measures USB 3 drive performances

        • Whats the website? I want to see how the samsung fit compares since the above deal is out of stock and I need a decent USB

What's a good USB Type C flash drive with an additional connector for USB 3.0/2.0?

My new laptop has a type c port

Thanks op, nice find. Luckily I failed to find the $14 32GB Samsung bar USB at Office work as out of stock.

  • Sorry is this standard USB 3.0 or micro USB 3.0?

    • +2

      From the eBay product description
      "…features two USB connectors – a micro USB2.0 for smartphones/tablets, and a USB3.0 Flash Drive for your PC/Mac devices"

  • so is this micro or not? LOL if it's a standard USB then that's great otherwise no good for me

    • +1

      Yes it is

    • +1

      It's both. 2 connectors.

    • +1

Both, the standard for your computer and micro for your phone/tablet

Still available under this listing (32GB -> Toshiba OTG Micro USB 3.0)
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Samsung-Toshiba-8GB-16GB-32GB-64G…

    • You're a legend mate!

I saw this at work but didn't have time to put in an order… came home then to find it saying out of stock… and then saw your comment!

I really need a few 32Gb USBs with decent read/write speeds. 5yrs I've used the same 16Gb stick for my everyday important files and it's under 100Mb from being full now.

Although it comes down to $10.80 after the 20% discount but I was still charged for $13.50. Not happy.

    • +3

Your credit card was charged $13.50 or is that what PayPal says? If that's what the main dashboard screen of PayPal says, click on the transaction to expand the details and it should say that $10.80 was charged to the credit card and $2.70 was charged to some eBay promotion account or something.

      • -3

My credit card was charged $13.50 and the same amount was charged in the ebay order confirmation. Dodgy Futu.

        • Hmm, that is dodgy indeed. No idea if eBay could help you if you try raising the issue with them saying that the voucher didn't process despite you having added it as per instructions. But there is a likelihood they would ask for screenshots made at the time of the purchase showing that you added the voucher correctly. It can't hurt to try, its just a matter of if you think its worth the hassle.
