Prepare for a croissant revolution as world-famous Parisian boulanger-pâtissier Gontran Cherrier is heading to Melbourne to open a bakery and café on Smith Street, Collingwood.
The renowned baker is bringing his French flour and French ovens, rolling up his sleeves and feeding foodies, Francophiles, croissant-addicts and hungry Melbournians when the new store opens on Saturday 18 June from 7am.
Be the first to try his croissants, baguettes and kouign amanns (kwee-ee ah-marn aka irresistible swirls of sugary, buttery pastry heaven) or head down between 10am-11am to try a croissant on the house (while stocks last).
BYO appetite, we'll provide the food and fun.
À bientôt!
