If anyone is curious, this review on Amazon has images and video of what the postcards look like: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/review/133804575X/R252WFSOUPLBW3…

    +'ed for Booktopia's awesomeness.

    • Not a valid reason to upvote.

      • +5

Too right it is, considering they honoured the price error Harry Potter book to everyone who ordered.

  • Another deal I've just found that might be good for the kids who love the Dr. Suess series:
$4.50 delivered - DVD - The Wubbulous World of Dr Seuss Volume 1 - Running time 120mins

  • Can't find a way to add code on mobile (and if I request desktop site, it only works on main site and the cart is still mobile). Will probably be sold out by the time I'm near a computer tonight :)

    • The field for promote code is at the end, in the payment page. It is right below the order summary box.

      • Thanks. I never went past the second step where it forced me to pick shipping (no free option available). How annoying. Price raised now.

    • yeah cookies , caching and they remember you can be a nuisance. also a desktop browser is different to a mobile browser and sometimes they don't test as well as they could hence have edge. Firefox and chrome on the desktop .

Gone up to $11.25 when you click through

    • Sorry guys.
They seriously just upped the price for $6.25 to $11.25 under our noses. Poor form Booktopia.

  • +2

Deal expired already , you should close it
They jacked up the price again

    • expired already , you should close it

Not exactly. As long this is STILL the cheapest you can find online, I'll still keep it live as a deal.
      Despicable from Booktopia though.
IF this becomes the norm (live pricing) It'll make people 2nd guess before posting deals for the community and therefore there'll be less trust in Booktopia.

      • +1

Nah i'm with bargain geek - should cancel this. No longer a deal.

Bait the upvotes at $6.5, then up the price?

  • Still showing as $6.25 here, but if you click Buy Now under it it adds to your cart for $11.25. Got it for $6.25 earlier though.

    • Actually, it is now showing at $16.25 (not $11.25) added in the cart, eventhough the front page (link above) has the price displayed as $6.25.

  • sometimes prices vary or you get free postage if you have clicked through from a different site eg from books you get free postage on booktopia ….. was similar with the Harry Potter book.
