Great price here for a Digital Download / Origin Code, for the base games in the Mass Effect trilogy. There's also DLC content included with this as well. Not sure if it's all the DLC from every one of the three games, though. It apparently includes all the DLC for the first of the games at least, according to users over at Reddit and Whirlpool.

Due to the publishers removing the second and third games from steam, the digital code will only work at Origin - the one place the publishers now left the released game at. Still, excellent value considering it's still roughly $35 (US) on most platforms for just the original and it's DLC.

Enjoy !

Not really the best deal as it was cheaper on Amazon just a few months ago:

Could be the cheapest available atm but cheaper prices may be available in the future if you don't necessarily want to play the games straight away.

Lol at the poster who negged me for pointing out that this deal isn't really a bargain as this bundle is usually around this price range and is actually more expensive then it was a few months ago. You would think if he could justify his position, he would explain why this is supposed to be such a great deal instead of hiding behind anonymous negs.

  • Just in case anyone is curious that would be like 1/4 of all the DLC released, maybe 1/3 at best. I think you'd have a hard time coming out of this deal with change of $70 or $80 AUD, maybe even more. They rarely discount the DLC and some of it is really REALLY good / critical.

    • Yeah, Lair of the Shadowbroker was one of the best parts of ME2. I managed to get it during one of the Xbox GwG sales for I think 75% off but I think such sales occur very rarely.

  • 1st games DLC were always free. The other DLC were the DLC included in the games, but if you sold the discs to someone the DLC wouldn't transfer, discouraging resale. They did the same for Dragon Age: Origins.

DLC for BioWare under Origin is not cheap, best to get GotY editions when they are on sale somewhere.

  • But ME 2 is still on Steam last I checked? They never released ME3 on Steam though, as Dragon Age II went straight to Origin.
