Free Steam keys for Iesabel are available via a giveaway from Indiegala.
Iesabel is an action RPG set in a fantasy world. Reviews are 'mostly negative' but it might be worth a try (at least it's not yet another half-arsed RPG Maker game!)
You'll need a (free) Indiegala account, and if you haven't already done so you may need to link your Steam account and/or join the Indiegala group on Steam.

Seems worth it for the price, but not if you have to pay for it. I'll also make a note that if you like ARPGs, then Path of Exile is FREE and superior in every way.
