This offer is available until December 31, 2016. After introductory rate of $1 for 35 days, the subscription price will go up to $6 per week for Digital Edition (digital only). All subscriptions include Apple or Android smartphone, desktop, laptop, iPad or Android tablet access. Past editions are not available as part of these subscription packages. When viewing the Digital Edition via the web (on a PC or laptop) subscribers need continual access to a network connection as the newspaper is not available for offline reading. Offline reading is only available when accessing the Digital Edition via the iPhone, iPad and Android app. Existing subscribers or subscribers who have cancelled their subscription in the last 40 days are ineligible for introductory offers.   I recently subscribed to this. FYI, the only way to cancel your subscription is to email them (through a form on their site) - and that email bounced! So I need to call them to cancel my sub. Note: there's no warning or reminder email from The West when your $1 is about to end, so make a note in your calendar.

    wasn't an issue (pardon the pun) for me… I asked for the trial to stop on the last date of the 35days… and I would call them if I wanted to cont on.
