Shipping is $9.99 for the first item, $4.49 for each item thereafter to most areas.

Also beware that this kind of marketing is a good way for the seller to avoid a Paypal claim as you never actually paid anything for the item.
It's almost worth a neg as a warning.

Sorry, I disagree with this comment.
I think that retailers can charge a fair amount of cost for shipping, because that's not where their profit should come from. They would have to pay the expense to whoever the freight/courier company is.
However, with this $9.99 shipping + $4.49 shipping additional items, this is not even a deal. Nor is it fair shipping cost.
Any bargains?
These guys have been over charging for shipping for years.
Will never forget being charged something like $5.00 extra shipping for a micro SD card added to an order and all they did was throw it in loose in the existing box and we almost missed it.

I agree. For a bunch of nothing items for which shipping would be almost nothing especially for a company which bulk ships and gets very good shipping rates/deals…

Looks like crap you'd find on AliExpress for less than $3 delivered…
