Simply follow these steps to be rewarded:

1. You share - If you think you know someone who might love Velocity, copy and share your unique referral link with them. You can share this with as many family and friends as you like.
   You must join via referral link to receive 1000 points, see bottom of post for referral wiki.

2. They join and earn - Check in and ensure your family and friends join Velocity via your link before 30 May 2016 and earn Velocity Points before 30 June 2016.

3. You’re both rewarded - The first 10 new members to join and earn via your link will each earn you 5,000 bonus Points. Plus, they’ll also be rewarded with 1,000 bonus Points each.

    you need to get an email from Velocity with the link.
    If you don't get one, use a Wiki referral link or find a friend/family member that got one

    Check your email. It is a targetted offer. Not everyone got the offer.

  In terms of getting the points quickly, you don't need to wait for your member card. Once you've signed up, fill up at a BP (or buy something worth at least $1 in store) and get one of the temporary cards there and swipe that. Then link that to your account. Points from BP only take a couple of days to go through, then you're all set for your bonus 1000 to drop whenever they do.

  Note, this is a targetted offer too. My friends appear to have several different offers. Some have 'refer a friend, they get 1k you get nothing' others have 1k for both, others have first 10 people to join and earn, others have first 5. Others have none at all!

  Added my referal code in to the wiki, appreciate anyone who clicks on it (free drink next time I see you ;)).

  Targeted offer to get the referrer bonus. Anyone can use a referral link to join (unless you're already a member). Pretty sure it's the latter that's being promoted here?
