Term 6. To lodge a Cash Back claim, the Participant must remove an official entry form from an authorised stockist or visit www.tefal.com.au/specialoffers, download and complete the official claim form by entering their details, answering the associated questions, providing a copy of proof of purchase and a cut out of the original barcode from the products packaging. Claims must be lodged via Australia Post mail to 212F, Suite 1.11, 22-36 Mountain Street, Ultimo, NSW, 2007 within 14 days of the purchase date
