Seriously though, many people of all different ages and not everyone has an iron stomach. I've been on several cruises and hadn't had any issues. It's not like the news advises every successful trip.
Travelled p&o before. They do everything they can to ensure hand hygiene, it's not their fault some people are feral.

Blame isn't really the problem… you don't care about much when you have gastro - whether it was P&O's fault or not. The problem is the gastro.
so if an outbreak of a disease (i.e. influenza) happened in a hospital, which commonly does in winter, does that mean we don't go to that hospital at all.
