Sydney CBD 365 Hot n Spicy - Haymarket, Town Hall. Maybe the Glebe/Broadway one too. HnS gave me a stomach ache last time though. And I can eat packets of Kettle Chilli no problems.
Can confirm that Broadway also has KFC H&S all year around. I think this store is open till 4AM!

What is the Guest Experience Survey? Is this a piece of paper in the store that you fill out? Do you just write some stuff on there and you get 2 free sides? If not, please explain.

Basically, go to kfcfeedback.com.au and complete the survey. Once you're done write the 5 digit code on top of your receipt.
The next time you go to KFC, spend at least $4.95 then present your receipt with the survey code to received a free regular chips and drink (can change sides) or spend $19.95 at least to get the large version.
You must surrender your receipt to get it, however since you get a nice receipt for your purchase, you can keep doing this again and again.
I been doing this for so long, I have a stack of drinks :P

I didn't know what the 'Guest Experience Survey' was, so I asked snackbox:
All you need is a receipt, you can write any 5 number code on it and show the server when you're ordering. You get free regular chips and drink with any purchase over $4.95, or free large chips and drink with any purchase over $19.95. The sides are all interchangeable, so you can get say a coleslaw and potato & gravy instead of the chips and drink!
GES is designed for the store to receive feedback from the customers, so if you were to do it, go to the link posted on the back of the receipt, and just fill out the survey online. When you complete the survey, you'll be given a code, but like I said you can use any random code, or just use the same code again.
Technically, you're supposed to complete the survey within 3 days, and claim the free chips and drink within 14 days. Most people won't check the code or the dates though. YMMV.

How many times can you use the GES?
You surrender your receipt with the 5 digits code to receive your free sides.
However since you get a new receipt, you can repeatedly do the survey again.

Can't compare Australian farms to USA. Different bird policies are in placed.

Besides the 1 piece of hot and spicy, everything else can be swapped in some form.
The wicked wing can be swapped to a tender for 50c more (grilled and original)
Chips can be upsize for $1.20 more or changed to potato and gravy, gravy, coleslaw or drink
Same thing for the potato and gravy
Drink can be swapped around as well.

Just a few weeks ago my Chicken wholesaler had 15KG boxes of Hot and Spicy boxes of mixed chicken pieces (frozen fresh). I said what the heck for $20 i'll give it a punt. Get home and the cuts look very similar in size shape to the KFC ones. Hmmm throw'em on the BBQ and they're awesome. Looks like packers may have started production a few weeks earlier or the promo got pushed back. Either way $1.33/Kg Hot and Spicy for me!

Got it in Brisbane Myer centre. Asked for a thigh part and they allowed it but after asking the manager. Pepsi can was just half the size of the normal can. Good value though.

Had it today they seemed to have upsized by order by mistake, got a huge thigh piece and regular chips and Pepsi for $5

Whoever put this deal together… I LOVE YOU! I ALWAYS feel full after this! Especially with the survey! BRILLIANT value! I just wish I could get a krusher with it instead of the can (pay more of course).
Ironically whenever I've been trying to get a new brownie krusher with this they keep trying to charge me $3.95 instead of $2
I had this last week at Canberra City KFC, they ran out of the 250ml cans and made everyone pay extra 50c for the standard size :(
I had a better experience.
They ran out of wicked wings and 250ml cans.
They gave me a 375ml can and asked if it was ok to get 2 H&S pieces instead of the wicked wings.
No complaints here :D
