I think it's store specific only as well and perhaps are at that price as they may have too many in stock?
I purchased one at full price a few weeks and was hesitant to pick up more given the quality. Plastic seems a bit brittle so they'll likely crack easily but $3 for a 32L tub is cheap. I do like that they have clips on the lids so you can actually close them.
I sipped my $4.50 latte as I decided whether or not to wait for the $7 item to drop to $3. I thought to myself, "I should get another latte."
