  • Where these hard copies? I over past 4 months not done to bad with games on sale or on offer etc.
    And im on this often and today i was not and missed out grrr.
    Could have been done with madmax and a few other xbox one titles i seen on that list.
    If these was hard copies what a sweet deal,im not into downloaded copies etc.

    Madmax and forza would have been the two o would have grabbed looks like i will need to wait till these drop in price.

    With all the good rep communication, I'm feeling more and more gutted that I missed out.

  • I bought Witcher 3 at $20 and I also bought two manga volumes as well, and I got a message saying it was redirected to the distribution centre.
    Does that mean my whole order will be refunded or just the game?

  • Just ordered witcher 3, bloodborne, infamous first light, dragon age inquisition - all good prices, all up $71.28 before the $60 amex cashback offer of $15.

    THat said , it seems from the responses here if the deal is not going to be honoured for most of us - looks like witcher 3, bloodborne will be th eones that won't go through, that leave me with $36 less = $35 of purchases. Well below the $60 required for a) the $60 amex voucher and the $50 free shipping?

    Would the Co Op rep be able to allow us in this once off scenario to fully cancel our order, amend/add items etc? As for many of us we may not have ordered certain titles in isolate i.e. i might have just waited for dragon age inquisition as some have got it for $20 new before, than buy it for $35, bar for the fact that it made up the amex $60 bundle with the other games….

    hope the Co Op rep understands where i'm coming from.

    P.S. never thought my old co op membership would come in handy (had it gone through) haha.

      You are asking for way too much if you wish for them to allow you reorder.. It will be a nightmare job for them as it is. They are already bending over backwards.
      You may still get free delivery (unsure that they can add that to the cost retrospectively).

  • I ordered mine pretty early on but have just realised I didn't get any email confirmation of the order. The order is 'processing' though on my account. Did everyone receive a email confirmation of their order?

  • I subscribed to cash rewards for the first time to take advantage of this… just wondering abit about it - i originalyl put everything into my cart/account on my mobile. THen decided to sign in to cash rewards on my laptop and go through to the website, which still remembered my cart and discount code… does this mean it won't track into cash rewards? It was the first time going throguh co op on the laptop in recent times, so I would have thought using the laptop would have created an unique tracker? How does cash rewards track it otherwise? When you first goto the store via cash rewards it has a referred link, but clicking on categories you lose the special link and it becomes just a normal website link?

    Guess i won't find out anyhow if they are refunding games orders if stock is gone :(

    • It will track - i've done it in similar ways. It doesn't go off the URL completely (not sure on the specifics), I believe it's a cookie that tracks the purchase.

  • Sucks people have to miss out, I hope I'm one of the lucky ones who gets a copy of the witcher 3 (the only one I ordered) when all the 10x copy jerks are refunded.

    If I had of found the deal there's no way I would have posted it here

    Quick follow up.

    I have discussed the situation with our customer care team and they are aware of the situation.
    Team leader have been briefed and each team member have read this post and know what we have committed to.

    My team is reaching out to you all now.
    This is a first priority, but be adviced that the amount of orders in a few hours after 5pm made it impossible for us to staff up fast enough for today's support, but we are committed to getting in touch with you all as fast as humanly possible.

    We are starting to get an idea of the numbers now, and I just want to be 100% clear that we are still committing to our word of delivering as long as stock lasts.

    That said:
    We had 16 units of "The Witcher 3 - The Wild Hunt - PS4" in stock, when this price issue got leaked.
    1 hour later we had 298 units in backorder on that title.

    This is just to highlight the scope of the situation, and let you know that nothing have changed - we keep our word, but there will be a lot of cancellations given the magnitude of this going viral.

    I know a lot of you will be disappointed, and for that I apologise.

      i got the dispatch email on the 7th (after the typical order will be redirected message on the 6th). Just wondering what the go will be as mentioned previously, the whole intention was , besides free shipping, to get the $60 amex deal ($15 cashback). Given i've received 2 out of 4 ordered games - and as expected they were dragon age and first light, and not bloodborne and witcher 3… what would the go be?

      They've dispatched the two games before contacting me as mentioned preivously - I don't want to seem like an ass or that difficult person given the situation, but I would have liked to have scrapped everything if the two remaining games weren't going to arrive - because the combined new order total would be less than the $60 needed for the amex rebate, and the way I see it - it wouldn't be worth it getting the games at those prices (i can wait , and they have been cheaper in the past here and there).

      I mean if co op can somehow process the above $60 amount and refund the unsent games a bit later or through a diff channel it might still result in the $15 rebate being received? But short of that not sure how this situation will be handled? The dispatch email mentions if items aren't listed as being dispatched they will be filled by other stores - but this seems to be an automated message rather than actual hope. That said 16 units of witcher 3 isn't 'alot' so im assuming the 298 units on backorder have no hope at all unfortunately :(

      • I'm in the same boat re. amex. The refund hasnt been applied yet but I've received the rebate. So it'll be interesting to see what happens. May need to buy something else.

      I would say that its a strong indication that you will receive your order.
      (Given that its not a technical thing that prevented you from receiving said email)

      But I wouldn't call it "safe"

      The people who ordered within the first 10-20 minutes of the leak, I would call "as safe as it gets"

    Just had my order confirmed - I got lucky and ordered games that were plentiful in stock, it seems, seeing as how I processed my order literally a minute before the deal expired.

    Thanks to The Coop for my order - I know you didn't have to honour it, so I am very grateful. Apologies for the whiners/re-sellers you might have to deal with today.

    I have made two orders yesterday, 4 different PS4 games in the 1st order and 1PS game and 1 UQ hoodie in the 2nd. I have received email immediately advising some of the items are not available, and this morning I have received another email that one of the PS 4 game has been shipped.

    My question is, will I get a notification if my order is cancelled? and what will happen if some of the items are available but some are not? Can I still get the free shipping and Amex $60 ($15 off) deal?

    Thank you for answering our questions promptly, I know you guys are very busy at the moment and we all appreciate your professionalism.

      Hey Stephen,

      We will go through everything case by case and personally contact all with info on what items are out of stock that we have to cancel.
      This gives you an opportunity to change your order (cancel, add more, remove more), rather than we just cancel items without any communication.

      We understand the importance of the Amex offer and other imperatives, so we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with the result, and hope we dont see too many technical limitations to do magic.

  • I had 1 item dispatched out of 3.
    The other 2 are evidently out of stock so I was anticipating a refund notification to come through at some point. The post above suggests that I may be contacted instead. Happy with either personally provided I am charged the correct amount at the end of it :)

    At least somebody knows how to handle a pricing screw up. Kudos

    On the Coop website I had my company name with the address etc but the email that got sent through is just the street address with no business name. Hoping it gets sent with the company name as there are 4 other business here.

          Managed to throw a poor soul into the depth of the order cage and find your package.

          A muffled voice confirmed that the company name was on the address, it was just missing from the email you received.

    If we paid by paypal (linked to my credit card) how will the refund look like? a credit to my credit card? do I need to do anything?

    • PayPal paid orders will take 1-2 business days for our finance team to process - The amount is instantly back in your PayPal account when processed.

      • I still got no e-mail reply… so which of my games is not available? also If I cant get 4 games I don't want any of them cos of the AMEX thing.

          I thought you said you and your team is aware of the AMEX offer and we will be given a choice before you guys cancel one game and send the rest through. I actually want to cancel my entire order cos I can't get the AMEX offer but your team already sent my games through before asking for further options?

      All prices on items in stock are valid.
      I know majority of the PS4 titles are gone, but there should still be quite a few XB1 left.

      Just validated with the buyers and they confirm that the prices on-line are correct right now.
      So if you see a steal, and its in stock… Run for it.

  • Guys so I have an e-mail saying paypal will get partially refunded for the witcher3 being not available so the funds will go back to my paypal? I paid it with my credit card via paypal so will paypal put the money in my credit card as a credit? or will my fund be left in paypal in limbo until I buy something again?

      Because it is a refund (or partial) for that transaction, PayPal will put the funds back into your credit card which was used to pay for that transaction.

  • just received my orders too… as @nubzy said above, games are not sealed and my Witcher 4 cover was slightly damaged so was a little annoyed but then I remembered how much I paid for them so not too fussed… great job to the Coop rep and team for being on top of the situation and honouring the deal….

    Pretty annoyed with the Co-Op so far. Ordered 4 games. Showed up at the $20 each price when I put in my credit card details. So when I purchased them they were at the correct price. The confirmation email that came through though had three of the games at full price and only one at $20.

    Contacted support and one guy was helpful and said I could keep the $20 game but they would refund the others (couldn't keep them even though I purchased them at $20). I said fine. He said he would tell them not to send them out (they were waiting for dispatch) and organise a refund.

    Then I get a message later that day saying they have sent the games out So I would have to wait till they arrive and then return the two full price games to the store before they would give me a refund.

    A hell of a lot of stuffing around for what I consider an error by the Co-Op.. If the price increases in the background while I'm entering my CC details, it shouldn't charge me at the new price (or it should at least do a final check during payment and warn me).

    I guess I'll see what they say come Monday.

        We are aware that some orders have clashed in the middle of the price correction. (Bad timing, is really the problem, but lets get in dialogue so we can find a good solution.)

    My orders have been partially dispatched, 1 out of 5 games and 1 hoodie has been arrived. I have not received any refund email for the other 4 games, can I assume I will receive the other 4 games when there are stocks available? I check my bank account the full payment has been processed.

  • I e-mailed support team and no reply. I want to cancel the order cos it didn't make $60 cos one game cancelled. but they sent me the games anyway and want me to return to sender? if I return to sender do I need to pay postage? I don't want to be out of pocket.
