          Physical copy, however the CD is usually DRM Free, meaning it will activate on GOG. I'm going to be the idiot who waits for it to be USD$29.99 on Steam purely so i don't have to download another game client. GOG is great though.

          @SaberX: Good Old Games - they have DRM free (ie: NO copy protection at all) versions of older games guaranteed to work under Windows 7 / 10, as well as newer games (Stardew Valley, Jotun, No Man's Sky etc.). They have prices in Aussie dollars, rather than USD like on Steam. You don't need to be online or logged into a client in order to play a game.

        Before I got it last year, I (for some reason) had in my mind I wanted a steam copy only, it's where most of my other games are, blah blah blah…
        Got the GOG copy, great price, have had no issues with the client, glad I did get it for GOG!

          i got the GOG copy. I don't understand why you'd need a client to play it though. THe whole idea of GOG is to play games without the hinderance of other programs like steam and origin

          yeah thats all good. I'm just saying you don't need the GOG client at all to install and play the game. Takes me back to how gaming used to be. I still remember when I bought HL 2 and thought how inconvenient steam was. Now it seems it's the other way around haha.

          @bbourizk: check the conditions… i think it may not need to be in a single transaction……

          edit - I've just checked the conditions, it said "in one or more transactions" so you should be able to buy something extra on top to get the discount… make sure you opt in for the offer on your Amex app or online

        Some of the games show up as $20 when browsing but they get added to the cart at full price.

        Examples:
        Mad Max on Xbox One is $20 (browsing), $54.65 (cart).
        FIFA 16 on Xbox One is $20 (browsing), $54.70 (cart).

        Could you help with fixing the cart pricing?

    Prices have been fixed. Will show the correct (much higher) prices when in cart! Managed to get a few games at the lower price. With CR and Amex, comes to $41.16 for three games! Thanks OP and Rep!

          I would say its close enough to realtime on this deal. The hype started when majority of our 65 stores were at end of day, So my guess is that the stock count online is quite precise.

          Store inventory and online store inventory are synchronised every 30 minutes.

        Have to laugh when people get greedy and buy extra copies and are then unable to sell them on ebay. you might make $10 on these games after fees but not worth the time and effort.

        Yes actual gaming parties. What did you do for fun at uni? Not everyone drinks themselves into oblivion. What's more fun than a group of people jumping into a shooter (battlefield in this case) and having a riot of a time? I haven't got the time to be running to the damn post office for $10 profit

    I got Witcher, Final Fantasy, Bloodborne, and Dying Light for PS4 successfully first order. Went to make a second for Forza 6, Mad Max and MGS. Got to checkout and they JUST changed the prices. Damn. Happy with the first 4 though. Thank you for honouring the error!
