    I quite liked Legend of Hercules. Bought it from a Hoyts Kiosk for a few bucks a little while back (probably a better deal than this if there is one near you with a copy).

  I don't know if its the same for rentals, but I've had several purchased "HD" films not play in HD.
  Tried them on the google play movies chrome app, youtube, ios streaming to apple tv; I just can't get them to play in HD.

      No unfortunately not. But it's not exactly a solution that's acceptable…
      I think it may be some sort of rights issue?
      I have a few movies on my account and only one plays in HD. So I can't see it being a technical issue.

        If you play in the Chrome browser it should be HD, according to Google.
