Can anyone who knows about vacuum cleaners tell me if this is the same as the DC37c? The DC37C seems to have more suction power (280AW vs 180AW)
The DC37 is a larger model, but older design. The equivalent size in the new design is the DC54.
This model, DC47, I would call medium size and better suited to smaller residences such as unit/apartments.

Shows at $399 when you change store to Tingalpa. Also says "This clearance price is only available in the TINGALPA store. Whilst stock lasts. Please check your local store for local pricing."
Just got off the phone with the store, and none left. Not sure how special order works with clearance though and I didnt ask as she seemed busy. Would have been a nice present for oldies.
looks like you can still add it into your cart online for the clearance price. I imagine they would have to honor the price for you. Normally when a product is out of stock you can't add it to your cart.
Probably not mate. I would expect the order system is geared toward normal stock items. But clearance is being cleared so it seems counter intuitive to get more in. Meanwhile other stores would have stock at their normal price. That and, 'while stocks last'.
Damn. My local store has stock in vic but wont price match a store in qld. Anyone seen one in vic at this price?
That seems like a pretty good deal, considering it costs $799 on the official online Dyson store, and ~$600ish online elsewhere.
