I've played about 20 hours of The Legend of Heroes. I can vouch that it's a pretty neat game! Basically a JRPG with a cool combat system, story takes place in a military academy (aka highschool), and the characters and animation are quite nice. Map system is really good, so you don't get lost and you can find people pretty easily in the town and campus. Battle system is based on a social links kind of system and helps you in battle - kind of like Persona 4.
All round good JRPG. You should totally grab it!

Trails of Cold Steel is exceptional - my favourite RPG on vita. Full 3D (rotating camera and all), great characters and world and large scope.
Seriously recommend, and the sequel is coming out later this year.
Might want to add Battlefield 4 Premium Edition to the list. $25 is a great price considering all the dlc's and the amount of people still playing.

Currently playing through Danganronpa 2 (up to chapter 4 right now). Would strongly suggest playing the first before though. It's a mind blowing series of games, can't recommend highly enough!

Toukiden Kiwami is also on sales, I am about 2 chapters in and this game is fun, graphic-speaking it's very good too.

Persona 4 Golden, SteinsGate, Danganronpa 2 are all outstanding. Not sure about The Legend of Heroes.
