    I think if you start offering websites and have a look at your own, so many errors can see at first sight.

    Just go on fiver get one done for $10 aud

    It would usually cost you $450 and the features out of the box ready configured you can't get with other small hosting companies

    Once you have your website from fiverr can you get support locally and be able get assistance to update the new features we are offer support in the package as well?

    So as far as I can see your $299 package is basically a 12 month hosted CMS with theme applied. It looks like you setup the contact details page and let the users do the rest?

    Then you charge $165 per annum to host the website after that.

    The cost is $299 + GST = $329.90
    The $165 a year to host is very expensive.
    Crazy domains offers the same for $42 a year what you charge $165 for.
