I had numerous issues with QBD's recent sale https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/236107
a) Terrible website that made it difficult to locate stock, then adding to cart was problematic to say the least
b) Delay of up to 3/4 weeks when I made my order, that meant I had to call the QBD office 2 times to confirm my order was shipped
c) The 'my account' section of the QBD site had my order as 'processing' for over 2 weeks, even though payment was made

To be fair I've bought a few items from QBD and not had an issue with them - sure the website isn't cutting edge 2016 material but it's functional and is probably intended by their management as a secondary compliment to their bricks and mortar stores - so am sure they'll be upgrading around the corner.
All my orders have come relatively quickly, well packaged and communications, invoices etc all no issues at all.
Stinks that you had issues but I wouldn't go as far as implying this is anything like 'the norm' when dealing with them as they've been very good IMHO and heck you couldn't even post an item for the price they often sell these books for - so I'll forgive them a few warts and wrinkles if the end product is a quality publication at a very attractive price. :-)

This deal is for a book (I'm pretty sure) and Crackle is the free video service from Sony that features the Ripley's TV show (I'm pretty sure about that as well). So, they're two different animals… believe it or not.
