So I have been trying to cancel my order i sent them 4 email messages two facebook messages, tried to start to call them but they kept hanging up on me, finally I got through to a woman she said she would cancel my order and refund, yet couple hours later my order is still not refunded or canceled and im starting to get very annoyed, ill never shop here again they take my money and hold it. Like its two seconds to press cancel button and refund button so how is that so hard? I never had this problem before. Is this normal? im trying to call them but I cant get through they just keep hanging up!!!

Overseas seller. Not sure what fair trading can do. But it takes a while for refund to be processed.

Yes I have, You cant call that number because its overseas. also I emailed themand havent heard anything back so i been trying to call their other number for AU but still not working, just keeps hangging up or they wont pick up. My order is still processing. the lady on the phone said she would do it and it hasnt been done yet seems like their taking my money just dont wanna give it back

yea I want to cancel my order and buy somewhere else I heard china models are bad. left messages and no repliy also tried calling and got hanged up on two times.dont think they work on weekends? can anyone help? I dont want them to send out my item then seeing my messages after, what can I do??

They operate a business, so no, it's not just a cancel button followed by a refund button. They will need to follow a goods return process, raising it in their ERP system, enter details about the order, depending on the value a staff may need to obtain approval on the refund amount, checking to ensure the order has not progressed too far in the warehouse, etc. A lot more happens in the background than your basic mind can comprehend.
Everything will progress as FIFO (first in first out), and I'm sure they have lots of refund/exchange/return/repair/dispute all the time, and you being what I can only gather as bit of a prick, can be shoved towards the end.
maybe because im sick of them hanging up on me and not picking up the phone or getting back to me? if they did their job better it would be easy. but yeah most of what you said is true. I still havent had to deal with this before thats why im asking if this is ''normal''
I've worked in customer service / credits & returns for a long time and I imagine how T-Dimensions carries out their credits & returns department isn't too far from how most companies do so.
Not knowing exactly how long of a time frame you've given them, the process does unfortunately take time and there is almost always an approval process in place. Depending on how efficient their warehousing team are it's a priority for them to ensure that the stock has not gone out, their system may confirm it's not sent, but again depending on their efficiency someone in the warehouse may need to check to see if the pick slip has been actually cancelled or not, that would then need to be relayed back to their customer service team.

awesome I left a message for them to call me which they did, they will also be refunding me today they said. see what happens I guess.

I have some sympathy for OP, it's annoying when you buy something and have made some level of mistake and the business dispatches the item before they respond to your message
