    Wahoo only works on old iPhones with the 30pin connector.

    just thought I'd share.

    I've had the wahoo tickr x for about two years, and it's a nice little device. works well, and the app is pretty good too.

    the tickr x is diff. to the one on the bargain, it has inbuilt memory, thereby allowing you to go for runs without your phone ( which I always do). the wahoo available here is the base model, in which u need your phone or a compatible watch to run with.

    the only thing is the tickr x has normal Bluetooth( don't know what it's called) and ant+ technology - apparently two different types of Bluetooth. Apparently most garmins use different Bluetooth to an iPhone for example. However, the tickr x can connect to either without any additional device needed.

    I thought all wahoo would have this dual capability, but possibly not due to the sensor that's available?

    Nah mine works off Bluetooth. $70 or what not a few years ago. No need for this ant adapter. Prob y they are selling them cheap.

    skipping rope not available for pickup anywhere near my area and costs $8 for delivery. No deal for me. Wont neg though as I am in FNQ.

    Stock will be an issue, they were clearing wahoo stuff out about 6-12 months ago.
