      I understand that your BIOS was not compatible with the RAM and that we are waiting to receive it back then we will issue you a refund. Is that correct?

        I couldn't tell if it was the BIOS as the motherboard wouldn't boot up and I don't have another DDR4 board around.
        I wasn't told that I could send it back already. Do I just send it back now?

    CL15 is quite high consider most DDR3 are below CL10. It is probably no significance to average users, but I guess you probably are no average user if you are buying this and install yourself.

      This is DDR4. Each generation has typically doubled the latency, but doubled the clock speeds at the same time.
