I bought this mainly for the chest. The tools are Ok not great. The employee told me that they are on clearance so do not know whether it is nationwide. There were 6 left on the shelf.

I think the "CL" on the ticket means "Clearance".
Having a family member work at Kmart, I can tell you this is a clearance item. CL is a giveaway. They were the same stock that got cleared in early 2015 for $12 but then got "re-entered" into the central database for $15. These will not be restocked as there is no stock at the warehouse.

Not a lot of buyers recently. Purchase history only shows one from 7 Dec 2015. I don't know where these other 7 buyers are they certainly weren't recent must have been a long time ago.

Funny to see that the seller is a mobile phone shop. I bought a pocket mobile wifi from them the other day. :) Didn't realise they are selling these sort of stuff as well.
I love cheap tools like these, for those occasions when you don't want to damage your good tools. Like when trying to undo stripped hex-head bolts, or things that are neither metric nor imperial, like builder's bolts.

still the chest is probbly worth about 15 bucks itself ? looking at the contents was thinking more screw drivers rather than a socket set regardless i wonder if there is any stock left seems like a bargain
I bought one for $12 last year. Good value in imho. $15 seems over priced
I doubt you'll find stock anywhere, they tried to run all these out a while ago. They also had a plastic case one with a few more bits and pieces in it for around the same money.
Mine is still sitting in my boat 12 months later and has paid for itself multiple times over. All the tools are covered in surface rust from a mate dropping a cast net on them, but they still work and I haven't broken anything other than the shifter.
