$19.98 is for BOTH games!
Awesome price for both games, since Fall of Cybertron is hardly seen in stores and the cheapest it has ever dropped to was ~$20 alone. Plus, all DLC for both games are included.
The $19.98 price tag does require an active Xbox Gold subscription however. 2-day, 7-day and 14-day trials DO NOT WORK! A minimum of 1 month will grant access to that price.
And pants.
Remind me which is the other in the series as I can only recall these two as the connected games in terms of storyline?

Oh do you mean the movie tie in one? I thought that just followed the movie like a normal movie game.
@cortex21: Probably. Was the same engine, same developer, same game play. Which is why I remembered them as a set of three. Each came out within a year of each other.
$20 better spent on Devastation imo
Shame its not backwards compatible as its only Xbox,
But good price for a few hours of game at worst :)

I played the first two. They were so generic I didn't care to bother with the last one.
