The Drum on Band Hero is really good..How is the instruments quality for Band Hero nowadays? Ive read a while ago when it came out the quality wasn't as good as Guitar Hero(or was it the other way around)?
Band Hero is = to Guitar hero pretty much except that it is more of pop song.
The one that's different is Rock Band.The Drum that comes with Band Hero is way better than that comes with the GH world tour.

I do not have any game player. No XBox, PS3 or Wii..

1. Does this have to be used with Wii or can I hack it up to use it any player ?
2. Whats the best deal on a Wii (only need the basic setup for the Band Hero) ? Or a XBox/PS3/PS2 if these instruments can be hacked to play with them …?
Depends on which version you bought. What does it say on the box? You will need to buy the corresponding console.
It says its for the Wii. But its only an electronic drum set and an electronic guitar..
So, it should really be the same for all consoles..If it says it's for the Wii, it's for the Wii. It WILL NOT work with the 360 or PS3. You can get a black Wii for $350 anywhere nowdays. Have fun.

Often you get a good deal by looking for better bundles rather than cheaper prices. There seems to be a floor that Wii prices never go below; instead they bundle extra games or accessories. Check out sites like metacritic to make sure they're decent games: there are loads of average ones that get bundled. Sports Resort is a definite winner here, but many of the "games night"-style titles are pretty average (at least, according to reviews). The games are individually pretty expensive, so if you can find a bundle with games you're interested in, you'll be savings money overall.
Hmmm. I just looked at Guitar Hero World Tour mobile. Thats seems the easiest option to get started with music player games. Any phone with Symbian, and these seem to be GHWT compatible.
Does anyway know if these can be used with GHWT mobile ?
