    • Hi Tuhan, thank you kindly for the feedback. With respect to minimum loan sizes, we're aware of a little wiggle room for high quality applicants down to about $300K. In terms of what constitutes a high quality applicant for a deal like this, generally speaking, it would be someone who has clean credit & stable employment.

  • What is the rate for investor variable p&i with offset under this deal?

    • Hi Dealsniper, thank you for your question. The exact rate will depend on the loan size and LVR. As a general estimate, for $150K+ loan size under 80%LVR and with an offset account, the rate would be ~4.42%p.a. (CR 4.80%p.a.). For loans $500K+ you could possibly deduct another 5-10BPS from that rate dependent on the scenario.

      If you were willing to do without the offset account there is a Basic Investment Variable Loan priced at ~4.23%p.a. (CR 4.24%p.a.) for $150K+ under 90%LVR. Again, there are rate incentives available for strong borrowers with large loan sizes.
