Bought an earphone from Logitech 2 weeks ago, since then haven't received any notice about my order, I can see the delivery code in order status, but the code is invalid! I searched it in www.auspost.com.au/track/, it says no match found….and have sent few emails to this online shop, no response at all…:(

anyone else has the same experience?

  • I got mine - but the shipping date (and the code) were backdated so it the tracking didn't work until the package actually reached Australia Post three days later.

    I have bought several items from logitechshop. They are definitely legit.

    On this occasion they ran too many specials at the same time, offered the world with regards to delivery and have failed to come through on their promises. Clearly, on this occasion, they have over promised and under delivered.

    Still waiting on my surveillance equipment. Order status "In Process" whatever the hell that means. So much for everything being delivered this week.

      I think they are over promised…

      • The tracking number issue is Auspost, not logitechshop. I have had items sent by eParcel (which is what logitechshop uses) where the tracking number simply said "Manifest Received" on Auspost for days after the order was supposedly despatched. Calls to auspost were useless as they told me "No it hasnt been picked up yet. We simply know they have an item to collect. Contact the seller". When I did contact the seller, they guaranteed it had been picked up 3 days earlier.

        Auspost's eParcel tracking service is, quite frankly, shit.

        • That's what i thought before…however…I went to post few times, they tell me no item awaiting me pickup…and the track number Logitechshop provided me is INVALID…I searched it in Auspost, no record found…

          and Logitech people are not contactable…

    I made an order for the Pure-FI Anytime on 7th March and received it on 15th March.
    The next order was for the UE220 on the 14th of March and received it on 22nd of March.
    Both orders took 8 days.

    The next order for the Logitech Outdoor Video Security Master System was made on 16th of March and it is still IN PROCESS stage on Logitechshop's website.
    Order made on 18th March for a 360 Guitar is also IN PROCESS.

    According to their twitter, all orders should be packed and shipped by the 26th.
    But I get no tracking number and it looks like the order hasn't been packed or shipped yet.

    If you are still waiting for an earphone from 2 weeks ago, I suggest you contact them directly on 0410810936 and have your order number handy.

    It seems that Logitechshop have been overwhelmed with orders in the past few weeks.
    Wonder how that happened :D

      Never got a tracking number and that's what made me worry about getting the items.

  • got my headphone late last week a little slower than expected and a quite dissapointed as I wanted to give them to someone who was going away, guess thats whay you pay less

      Then again stuff thats shipped around in sydney is usually quite fast.

    amazing how that guy was only on here all the time when he was trying to drum up business pushing a supposed new deal every hour and trying to get 300+ votes for each deal and making a big deal about a neg vote. Where is he now when you paid and haven't recieved your stuff. Hmmmmm makes you think long and hard about ordering something bigger if they can't deliver 20 buck headphones

    Just updated on twitter. Looks like you lucky people who haven't received the 220 have been upgraded to the 220vi instead. I assume they may have accidentally taken too many orders on the day.

    ok , ok ,

    Even though its my day week off , let me go through a few things .
    I all orderes have been done , up to the lastone to this minute .
    One final truck is to hit the regents park dc before Midday tommorrow .
    All customers that have called our shipping supervisor , have been looked after .
    All emails have been replied to . except if we are investigating a matter for example , like returned items as the person was not home to collect it .
    Now i would like to make a few things clear once and for all .
    We got swamped with a high number of deliveries . Over 12000 and we still despite all mananged to get very close to delivering on time , 99 percent have received their delivery and are very happy . Read this thread , and all the other posts , ā€ receved mine ā€ . ā€ thankyou logitechshopā€ etc . Yes we admit , a few people havent received their order yet , but they will this week . as nothing is left to ship out except for a few new orders that came in today .
    I do want to thank all for the great support , and i do appologise for the delay caused to a few people , but all under control . The Majority are very content , and the few people Less than 100 that didnt receive their UEā€™s we have upgraded to Vi for no extracharge , now if that is not a good gesture what can i say .
    More massive deals to come . but i will stress that i will not release until every person is happy content , and has the item in their hands .
    Also , i have read a few comments regarding a few users like Livert , and others , We do not have any association with any of them , for god sake Livert is not even in NSW . the user is a wonderful supporter , so are many others ,all of you are .
    Once again . the deals are good , we appologise if some received late . and we appologise that it was not expected the number of orders . but we did it . And we are DAMMMMMMMM proud . So should you all be because you got the bargains of a life time .
    I havent said much lately out of respect to a few people that said i shouldnt be saying this or that . im here to help , i will always be here to help .
    Now last but not least . ā€ everything that says processā€ is the last truck leaving in the morning to regents park DC .
    The z5500 are also on the way . The new deals will be huge . We will on the other hand change the delivery times , so we do not go through this again .

If you ordered your product 2 weeks ago, and since then NO valid information is available, e,g,tracking number can't be found in the auspost, not responding email and no customer service contact number can be found in the website, what would you do?

      That's why I post the threat here for help. and thanks all the OZbargainers, you guys do help alot!

    A quick tip for you BC. Cheers for the good deals, but I would try and run them a little further apart so you can get the shipments out quicker. When I ordered my stuff it did not say anything about the Monday shipping (which was a four business days after I ordered them), this has now pushed out to over a week from that Monday. One of the items I required as a present for this weekend, but yeah nothing here as of yet.

    One thing I've noticed with some Ozbargainers, is that they are extremely impatient with regards to shipping. You often get comments like

    "Oh my god, I placed an order yesterday and my Order Status still says processing. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT'S GOING ON!"….etc, etc, etc. It's the 'me, me, me' attitude thats so funny yet disturbing at the same time.

    This case, 2 weeks. fair enough. But I would have though people could understand that this was quite a bargain and obviously the retailer would inundated with orders, hence slower delivery times.

    • i cant agree more! i paid $50 for z520 and didn't expect it to arrive so quickly (4 days) since there were so many good deals going on at the same time, i would imagine they have loads of orders, hence slower delivery. i am ready to wait for 1 to 2 weeks for that price but 4 days is just sweet.

    • The problem is, some people can received their stuff within 3-4 days. Also, orders that are placed earlier were not delivered earlier, for example, Livert has even received the Wii instruments, while we're still waiting for the earphones. Logically, there must be something wrong with our orders.

      • Yeah, there must have been a problem with your order. Like I mentioned before, Logitechshop would not be giving out 220vi for no reason unless they ran out of the 220. Probably took a while for the boss to approve the upgrade. I don't know if BC will be back to look at my list above but if you haven't received it yet, there's a good chance you're getting a vi. BTW, has your tracking no. appeared yet?

        • My tracking number has been there for a week, but it's invalid when you try it out in auspost website.
          Do you know if there exist an audio jack adaptor for PC/laptop so that we can use the vi's mic?

      You do bring up a good issue but there is a major problem with companies offering/stating that they have fast shipping (24-48 hours)
      yet it will take them 3-4 days to process the order.
      Eg: GAME are very quick to ship and it states when ordering items:
      In Stock - Usually despatched within 24 hours
      It then further states that shipping will take 1-5 business days.

      But what happens when it takes 3+ days to process the order
      (if they get overwhelmed due to excellent price)
      and then 2-5 days to ship?
      Buyers get impatient and wonder why they haven't received their items in 24-48 hours.

      Also, online ordering is very different to purchasing from a brick-and-mortar store.
      You are not handling a physical item and many times I purchase something online,
      I get paranoid about a company following through with my online "bargain" purchase.
      I fear that the order will be canceled due to no stock, a pricing error, and the like.

      So there is much justified impatience when ordering online.

    Please don't base the new deals on twitter or facebook follower numbers, MUCH better off trying to develop the community here rather than trying to spread it out all over the place.

    Personally I can't see a need for twitter to exist and I only use facebook under protest but forums are a whole different kettle of fish.

    Bring on the new deals, but for Gods sake can we please have them organised a bit better ( as opposed to made up on the spot) and at an earlier hour? Livert has been doing as good a job as possible with keeping things sorted out but obviously that has limits due to, as you have stated BC, him not being affiliated with LTS at all, so if you can provide as much detail as possible at an earlier hour I for one will have no worries sending friends you way to participate in the brilliant deals you offer.
    Currently a number of them that are interested quickly lose interest when they find out that to participate they have to be willing to spend hours in front of a PC until all hours of the night, just to be sure they don't miss out.
