Bought an earphone from Logitech 2 weeks ago, since then haven't received any notice about my order, I can see the delivery code in order status, but the code is invalid! I searched it in www.auspost.com.au/track/, it says no match found….and have sent few emails to this online shop, no response at all…:(

anyone else has the same experience?

  • Well I'm still waiting on my drums to arrive, after getting told a whole bunch of BS by LTS about how the parcel has gone missing, I filed a paypal dispute against them and after about 3 further days only then did I actually get a tracking number which showed the parcel was actually only picked up that very afternoon (Friday).

  • LTS has so much potential, but has been a bit of a let down. No responses to emails, just a refund. That's better than nothing. Good luck all.

    • Yeah, might've been a little bit of a better idea to run one promotion per week instead of 5 massive promos in a week (or whatever the amount was). That would've left them ample time to deal with each promotion accordingly, improve upon their delivery and response times, and build a better brand rapport.

  • Have received now my drums, they are good. Overall an ok experience. I dont mind a long wait I guess but only when you are kept updated.

  • Anyone still not received their order or part of their order?

    It's been over a month and I still haven't received all of my order (half of it arrived within two weeks).

    Have sent several e-mails over this time and received no replies.

    Raised the issue with PayPal.

    I know they're really really busy and the prices are just so incredibly good but still that's no excuse not to ship items and not to reply to e-mails.

    • How long ago was the paypal dispute raised? From my understanding if they don't respond within a certain period, you will get a full refund.

      True too that they should have responded to your emails. Did you provide them with an order number? Have you checked your spam folder?

  • Thanks for the welcome. Long-time reader, first time poster ;-)

    PayPal's having a look at things now, so should hopefully be resolved by the end of the week.

    Logitech Shop did file a tracking ID with PayPal indicating that the item had been shipped but as mentioned that was only for the first half of the order.

    I'm not sure with eParcel whether logitechshop are able to check the weight of the shipped parcel. The missing item is a mouse and thus the weight of the parcel actually shipped (containing only two pairs of headphones) would come up as much lighter than you would have expected had it contained both a mouse and headphones.

    Although, given the large quantities of orders received pretty much overnight, maybe they use drop-shipping?

    • I'm sure it was a mistake not to bundle the mouse with the headphones. Still, you should have gotten it by now. Keep us posted.

  • Received this responce from PayPal

    "Our investigation into the following transaction is complete. As stated in
    our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the delivery of
    goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of
    goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or
    issue a refund."

    LogitechShop is claiming to PayPal that they've shipped the goods but in reality they only shipped half my order.

    How do I prove that something didn't arrive? It's not as if I can photograph a non-existant item as proof that it hasn't arrived! This is a little frustrating.

    LogitechShop should do a stocktake to see that they have one extra mouse or check the parcel weight of the package actually shipped, it shouldn't be up to the customer to prove an item has not arrived (which is near impossible to do in the case of half an order shipping).

    Any suggestions?

    • did you file an item not received dispute or not as described? I find that its virtually pointless filing an NAD. See if you can change it to n/r

    I don't suppose they actually answer their phones? (I ask because I know as a fact that MSY don't)

    • Mine says that too. Ordered an M950 on sale day. Just means it hasn't been shipped.

    • yes, I am. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received it. I wrote to them about it, got a reply few days ago saying they will look into it but haven't heard anything since then and I can't access their website anymore? anyone else having the same problem?

      • I have mine now. They told me to check the post office which I did, and it was there. Didn't get a card to tell me that it was there though
