Dont trust Focalprice - had lots of problems with them. Got a GPS with a severely faulty screen that they tried to insist was 'normal'. Eventually after many emails and Pics I got the to acknowldge that it was faulty, but all they offered was a $15 credit note. Ordered another GPS with my credit note + cash……. which they have not shipped in over 4 weeks. Website says in stock. Using their web based customer support form it takes days for a response and often they dont actually answer a question. They offered to switch for another GPS that was in stock - but then wanted me to pay extra. Offering me a refund, but in 3 emails they have not actually responded if this will be cash back or a credit note.
Never buying from them again.
Agree. Dealextreme seems way better.
Yeh i wouldnt be buying GPS etc from focalprice, but these retail for around $30ish and have gotten lots of reviews that they are the real deal from head-fi.
If they were fakes they would be selling them for about $3 like the sony headphones

No deal for me. Quite happy with the $25 Logitech Ultimate ears 220 i got last few weeks….
agree.. dont buy expensive stuffs from these kind of website.. and always expect the quality is less from what you see/hear
my last purchase with focal price didnt work as described so i asked for a replacement or refund, 3 - 4 months on and they are still ignoring me.
big negative to focal price, on the other hand dealextreme.com is extremely pleasant to deal with, they sent me my replacement immediately after lodging a claim.
Had no problems with Dealextreme. They respond to emails and replaced a faulty item immediately with no hassles.
Do not expect any genuine branded products from focalprice and dealextreme.
It took 2 months for a USB stick to deliver from USA to Autralia. 5 months later, pendrive stops working.
Even though it says 'Genuine', the fact they sell heaps of fake Sonys doesn't make it very trustworthy description.
