Noticed ebates have 5% cashback in the videogames category for eBay.com. It appears to include consoles, accessories and prepaid gaming cards also.
Items that ship internationally could be worth a look. Or items with international free shipping / electronic delivery.

e.g.: The 8bitdo SNES or NES bluetooth controllers look pretty nice (and are well regarded). After 5% cashback and $10 USD credit one of these would be about $13 USD shipped.
