  FYI, you can purchase $30 GameStop gift cards from Gyft with PayPal, as I did because I currently don't have a CC or DB card. Instantly got the keys from GameStop.

  I got an gift card on Amazon for US$26.98 which worked fine after some fiddling. The first one I bought was cancelled but I got it to work eventually. Totally worth it for a Steam version of this.

    Maybe check gameswap on reddit, a trusted seller might be able to swap your coupon for the game or something.
