PURCHASED OFFICE 2013 - LICENSE WAS FOUND TO NOT WORK - REFUNDED THROUGH PAYPAL WITHOUT CONTEST - THE SITE ALSO HAS MALAWARE IN IT DETECTED BY OUR SECURITY SOFTWARE.
The company responded quickly to my emails but I was sent two licences which did not work then a 3rd licence that did work.
.com is the same company as the .au
How is it possible that the incorrect license number is sent out? Even if it is digitally generally - can a representative from Moonbox please explain how you can issue a license which doesn't work. I note there are a number of examples of your Facebook page which also demonstrates this.
Hi Jeffr - Like all business we can be prone to mistakes. Admin errors do happen, which is why we always back everything up with a money-back gaurantee. Any issues, we'll pay up! Rip off - get a copy for like $50 - just get family/friend whos a student or government worker to get you a key code - they are entitled to one each year

You realise this is only available to organisations that have a software assurance agreement with Microsoft right? This isn't open to the general public.

The real up sides is the fact you can use it offline and it's incredibly well supported. Aside from that, I actually love the Google stuff!

Why not buy Office365 subscription when it is on sale, like when it is $25 or so? $189 can buy the subscription for quite many years?
For the same reason that people buy a car, rather than renting one.
Office 365 will allow updating to newer versions of office for free.
However, this is good if you want publisher or access.
Office 365 is defs a good way to go if you like the frequent upgrades. Stand alones are better if you just use the same thing for 5 + years. I'm still using Office 2010! ;)
edit - On one of my PCs! My Mac has Office 2016 :)
