- $1 CashReward for existing customers- nice one.
$1 cashback with pricepal and a better chance of getting 'paid'
Thanks for the deal OP. Upvote for the effort.
With a little bit of setup effort (most OzBargainers) you can get better rewards for creating a new Woolworths account every time you shop. Then you get free delivery over $30, $20 cashback over $120 and most always there is a '1st customer' code for an additional $10/10% off.
Don't Woolworths have any checks on that? When it gets up to 20 people living at the one address don't they get suspicious?
They are too busy fixing the mess from Masters than checking this part of profitable business.
I'm up to 6th Woolworths Online account and 3rd Coles Online at the same address, same name. I have a tracking spreadsheet to make sure I don't double up on emails and birthdates (I always change the birthday - I think I read on OzBargain many moons ago that someone had problems with a new account using the same address and date of birth?). Oh, and the new Woolworths Online accounts don't allow you to apply your Woolworths Rewards card to them (i.e. duplicate error) but I'd rather $20 cashback per order than a few worthless Woolworths Rewards points and a 4c fuel voucher.
So far all cashbacks have tracked and paid out. I had some buddy bonus from PricePal and did the order through there to double up the cashback to $40 on one of them!
Wow a true ozbargainer.
* wipes inspiration tear from cheek *That's Great I'm upto 6-7 Woolies and 1 coles account.
Thanks for the tip about a list on a spreadsheet.
You are quite correct, absolutely no point linking everyday rewards card.
I just use it sometimes when i feel like actually visiting a store. (You can find markdowns that way).
"Creation of multiple accounts with Woolworths will void eligibility for rewards."
straight from cashrewards woolies t&c's
"Gift cards are not eligible for statement credits"
straight from every AMEX offer's t&c's
Your point?
Perfect timing just what I needed, thanks so much OP
you're welcome :)
As the partner of someone who packs online orders this sends shivers down my spine.
I put the order through, everything was fine, free shipping showing up.. click Check-out.. order confirmed.. was charged for shipping!
Called their online support and they refunded the $11 no fuss. Just double check you're not getting charged guys because my code showed up as working and then it glitched out or something.
That happened to me awhile ago too. Funny it's still happening!
Best time to use AMEX offer!
Can't resist the combination with the Amex deal but… pretty much every order something is not delivered that I'm charged for. Tiring to fix…
how much is the shipping normally? Is it only free for $150+ or something? I find it hard to even get to $100 on woolworths online.
It's free for over $300. Good luck getting there.
good lord!
Think about the environmental impacts of plastic bag use… Woolworths/Coles use too much for their delivery service!
How many people here use them as bin liners ?
I do.
I would be very disappointed if an OzBargainer spent money on bin liners!
@PBG: WOAH! I'm going to have nightmares!
@Savas Papasokratis: I thought I was dreaming at the time myself!
Definitely agree. At least you can give them back for them to make new bags out of them. Only 10% of bags get recycled.
Goes well with the Amex $20 back deal, perfect thanks!
I get "Sorry, you are not eligible for this coupon promotion."
Did you
- have minimum of $100 in your cart?
- choose a weekday delivery time?Yup to both… No worries chose click and collect for Monday instead.
